New Gallery: Cold Streets of Manhattan II
Have you ever experienced taking photos on a cold morning in New York City? Well this past weekend i had the opportunity to walk the streets with a couple cameras, some film and my eye to see what i could find in the City that never sleeps. I shot mostly with my T2i, but i also used my Grandfather's old Yashica Electro 35 GT 35mm Film Rangefinder camera. Using it was such a joy and breath of fresh air, using it made me feel so at ease and put me in a comforting mood to capture the amazing scenes and personalities of the Street. I enjoyed every minute of shooting both cameras, especially being able to use the Canon 50mm f/1.8 on my T2i. The creamy bokeh, or out of focus parts of my images, look absolutely fantastic, i loved shooting with that lens and look forward to using it in the future.
